1. The Lake Secret

Upon being chased by dogs and jumping into the lake, swim down and to the left instead of heading right. You’ll find a room where you can rock a pillar back and forth to create a bridge. Cross it to access the first secret. Simply interact with the hidden object to unlock it.

2. The Cornfield Secret

At the Cornfield checkpoint, move forward while tapping the interact button until you discover a hidden vault door in the ground. Press up to pull it open, jump down, and climb the ladder to the left to access the second secret.

3. The Farmhouse Secret

After crossing the rooftop of a farmhouse, you’ll land in a wagon full of dead pigs. Instead of heading right, push the cart to the left, hop on top, and pull off a plank from the side of the building. Inside, swing on a rope to reach a hidden platform where the secret awaits.

4. The Safe Puzzle Secret

After dropping a safe from a wooden platform, jump into the hole it creates. Look for a yellow wire, a key indicator of a nearby secret. Follow the wire to the left through a vent to find this hidden collectible.

5. The Broken Sign Secret

After sliding down a rooftop and jumping across a small gap to grab a pipe, instead of climbing up, slide down the pipeand carefully jump across to a ladder. Climb down to a hidden room where the secret is easy to spot.

6. The Submarine Gate Secret

From the Submarine checkpoint, backtrack slightly and hop over the small gate that you previously opened. Crash through the red door, look for the yellow cable, and follow it to the bottom where a small crate is blocking the entrance. Break the crate and continue downward to find the collectible.

7. The Mind Control Submarine Secret

In a submarine section, you’ll need to solve a puzzle involving a mind-controlled NPC. Get the NPC onto your submarine and uncouple yourself from the mind-reader device. Then, control the background character and lead them to the secret to unlock it.

8. The Pipe Wall Secret

During an underwater segment, crash through a wooden panel on the ceiling. Instead of proceeding right, go left to the very edge. You’ll see a series of pipes—jump into them twice to release a ladder. Use the submarine to reach it, climb up, and collect the secret.

9. The 20-Man Puzzle Secret

In the 20-man puzzle section, head to the left bottom floor where you’ll find a crate containing three allies. Free them, then return to an area covered by wooden planks near a yellow cable. Have your allies help you break it open to access the hidden area. Inside, grab a torch and use it to fend off wolves while heading left to claim the secret.

10. The Ring Girl Chase Secret

During a chase scene in the water, trick the eerie Ring-like girl into following you to the right. Once she’s far from the entrance, quickly swim left and downward to find a hidden room with the collectible.

After gaining unlimited breath, swim up and follow a yellow cable. Enter a room with a large panel. Interact with the middle section to rotate it, then pull the top to open the door. Swim left to find the secret.

12. The Clock Puzzle Secret

During the Clock Puzzle, rotate the piece to cast a shadow in the middle of the panel. When the beam of light reaches the right side, backtrack left and jump down into the water. Swim downward and right to locate the hidden collectible.

13. The Physics Box Puzzle Secret

In a room with a physics-based push box, instead of progressing forward, push the box all the way to the right. Use it to reach a button near a yellow cable, which lowers a platform. Push the box again, jump onto the platform, and ride it up. The secret is on the right-hand side.

At the Elevator Puzzle, split your allies into two groups. Lower the elevator, get some allies on top, then raise it back up. Use the first group to boost you onto a hanging wire and climb up. The second group will then push you further up to reach the final secret.
