Welcome to the Party Pass mission guide for Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach! This moment in the game marks a major turning point, allowing you to decide which animatronic to decommission—Monty or Chica—and unlocking access to multiple mission branches and essential upgrades. We’ll walk through how to get the Party Pass, what choices it opens, and how to grab some valuable gear before you commit to either path.

Getting the Party Pass – Start from Parts and Services

After upgrading Freddy in Parts and Services, exit through Roxy’s door, which is the only working elevator at this stage. Bring Freddy with you, ascend to the upper level, and go through Roxy’s room. She’ll be inside, emotionally broken, quietly crying—a strange but touching moment that hints at the animatronics’ personalities.

Continue through Roxy’s room into Freddy’s. Save your game here.

The Vent Crawl – Accessing Chica’s Room

Now, hop into the long vent connected to Freddy’s room. This crawl space lets you access the rooms of other animatronics. You can explore Monty’s and Chica’s rooms from here. Roxy should be gone by now, so feel free to investigate her space as well.

WARNING: Music Man Alert

After passing Monty’s room, Music Man will ambush you. Save your stamina and be ready to sprint. Continue crawling and you’ll reach Chica’s room, where a present on the desk contains the Party Pass. Grab it.

Moon Drop Chase – Return to Freddy’s Room

After collecting the Party Pass, Moon Drop will begin hunting you. Sprint back through the vent system and return to Freddy’s room. Vanessa is no longer a threat at this point, so you’re safe—if you move fast.

Unlocking the Split Path – Monty or Chica

Now the game opens up. With the Party Pass in hand, you’ll unlock two decommissioning paths:

  • Monty’s Mission
  • Chica’s Mission

You can only choose one at this stage.

Recommended Path: Monty First

Here’s why: At the end of the game, if you choose to stay past 6:00 AM, Freddy will give you another Party Pass to take on the animatronic you didn’t decommission. However, you won’t be able to save your game past this point. Monty’s path is more difficult than Chica’s, so it’s better to handle it while you can still save freely.

Optional but Essential: Upgrade Collection Before You Commit

Before you rush into either decommissioning route, take a moment to explore the Pizzaplex and collect some important upgrades:

  1. Freddy Battery Upgrade – Atrium
    • Go to the Salads and Sides restaurant in the Atrium.
    • In front of it is a counter with a present. This adds an extra battery bar to Freddy.
  2. Fizzy Faz Chica Upgrade – Main Lobby
    • Take the elevator to the second floor main lobby.
    • Head all the way down and stick to the left. Inside a security office, you’ll find a present with Chica’s Fizzy Faz stamina upgrade.
  3. Optional: Loading Dock or Prize Counter Missions
    • If you didn’t complete these earlier, now is a good time. Note that doing so will prevent full mission completion and unique Freddy dialogue later, but they still offer good rewards.

Final Notes

Once you’ve got the Party Pass and scooped up the available upgrades, you’re ready to choose your next major mission. Again, Monty’s route is tougher, so consider doing that first while you still have saving access.
