If you’re aiming to maximize profit and wondering what the most valuable loot is in Zero Sievert, this guide breaks it all down—from which items are worth picking up, to how to farm the Mall map for maximum rubles. Whether you’re deep into a playthrough or just beginning to snowball your economy, this guide will show you exactly what to prioritize and where to go for the best returns.

Part 1: Most Valuable Items – What to Pick Up (And What to Ignore)

Items are not all created equal. Here’s a breakdown of loot categories ranked by value, starting from least profitable at the top to most valuable at the bottom.

❌ Don’t Bother Looting (Top Row Items)

These items aren’t worth the inventory space and should be skipped entirely. If you see them, just keep moving.

✅ Items Worth Picking Up (Everything Below the Top Row)

Once past the junk tier, nearly everything else is worth grabbing. Exact values may vary, especially with max Charisma skill, which boosts item resale prices significantly.

Part 2: Attachments Worth Looting for Profit

Weapon attachments are often small and valuable—perfect for profit runs. Here’s what to take:

Suppressors

  • Avoid pistol suppressors (low value)
  • Prioritize rifle suppressors—they’re worth much more

Mounts & Rails

  • P90 Attachment Rail: 990 rubles (with max Charisma)—worth grabbing

Scopes & Sights

  • Leon Scope
  • Red Dot Sight (specific variant shown in video)

Stocks

  • EC Stock
  • Any stock labeled TR15

Lights & Lasers

  • Only keep the Modern Tactical Torch

Foregrips

  • Loot all foregrips, except for two low-value models shown in video

Pistol Grips

  • Take any with TR15 in the name

⚠️ Note: There may be other high-value items not shown in the original guide, but these are the consistently profitable ones worth prioritizing.

Part 3: Best Loot Location – The Mall

For the best money-making runs in Zero SievertMall is unmatched—if you come prepared.

Required Setup

  • High-quality weapon and ammo (you’ll be fighting Kiba)
  • Flashlight or Night Vision (essential for the basement)
  • Four keys:
    • Extraction Key (from Kiba)
    • Key to Orange Store
    • Gun Store Key (from Kiba)
    • Tech Store Key
    • Office Room Key (Basement)

You’ll need to farm filing cabinets and bags to find some of these, and kill Kiba for the rest.

Step-by-Step: Mall Loot Route

1. Spawn and Move to Orange Store

  • Go up and left from entry point
  • Loot safes and the cash register (don’t forget it!)
  • One safe requires Orange Store Key

2. Head Right and Prepare to Fight Kiba

  • Kiba spawns in several possible locations:
    • Main hallway outside Orange Store
    • Top right near Sushi Shop
    • Left hallway, then up
    • Gun store or back room of the store

Pro Tip: After killing Kiba, put his weapon in your secondary slot—it will be weightless.

Loot Kiba for:

  • Extraction Key
  • Gun Store Key
  • Valuable items (guns, attachments, cash value loot)

3. Loot Gun Store

  • Use the key obtained from Kiba
  • Tons of valuable items, mods, and attachments

4. Loot Tech Store

  • Electronics boxes, high-value loot
  • Use Tech Store Key for back room

5. Go to Basement

  • From Tech/Gun Store, head right and down
  • Look for the white area marking escalators

Basement is dark—use night vision or flashlight

6. Loot Office Room

  • Go down and left from escalators
  • Enter second hallway (skip the first)
  • Use Office Room Key to unlock
  • Inside: filing cabinets and three safes

7. Head to Extraction

  • Located at top right corner of the basement
  • Look for the long hallway (with optional electric box to loot)
  • Use Extraction Key at final door to exit safely

Final Thoughts

This route and loot system are optimized for maximum ruble gain per raid. While it requires gear, keys, and a good understanding of enemy spawn patterns, the return on investment is enormous once mastered.

  • Attachments are lightweight and highly profitable
  • Mall safes are some of the best RNG loot in the game
  • Kiba drops top-tier gear and access keys
  • Tech and gun stores are rich with mods and valuables
  • Basement office is a treasure trove—don’t skip it

Once you get this down, it becomes one of the most consistent and lucrative farming methods in Zero Sievert.

So load up, gear smart, and keep your eyes peeled for those safes. Happy hunting—and don’t forget to reload Kiba’s gun into your stash on your way out!
