1. Grey Mother’s House – Mountain Town

In the upstairs closet, there’s a cloth blocking a shelf. Break down the cloth to find hidden loot. Items vary, but a cured maple sapling can spawn here, potentially enabling a bow by Day 4 on Interloper.

2. Community Hall – Thompson’s Crossing

On the stage, a hidden cabinet sits behind a table. Break it with a hatchet to access it. Loot is RNG-based and can range from nothing to a rare Mackinaw jacket.

3. Hibernia Processing – Desolation Point

• Upper Pipe Area: Climb up the tilted pipe to reach a loot spot with food, bandages, and rifle ammo. One of the rare Interloper bedroll spawns is here.
• Green Crate Wall: Break the green crates along the wall to access a hidden backpack. One of the rare loot spawns includes a stim.

4. The Summit – Timberwolf Mountain

• Behind Crates: Two breakable crates near the plane fuselage can contain loot like matches or accelerant.
• Hidden Corpse: Drop down to the lower level of the fuselage to loot a corpse that almost always has double maple syrup on Interloper.

5. Spencer Homestead – Broken Railroad

• Dog Food Cache: Crawl under the collapsed roof to find multiple cans of dog food behind a crate.
• Hidden Safe: Accessible either by breaking boxes or sneaking around back to interact with it.
• Accelerant Crate: Upstairs, the larger green crate usually hides accelerants when broken down.

6. Maintenance Yard – Broken Railroad

One of the upper-left crates inside the building can be broken to reveal top-tier loot like an ear wrap or stim. This is a rare but valuable Interloper stim spawn.

7. Carter Hydro Dam (Exterior Pipes) – Winding River

Check the large pipes outside the dam. Some contain backpacks or containers blocked by pallets. Loot is random and often low-quality but definitely hidden.

8. Mystery Lake

No guaranteed matches here, but there is always a mag lens on Interloper in one of four spots:

• Camp Office (lower shelf or upper boxes)
• Lookout Tower
• Trapper’s Cabin (behind the blue chair)

9. Wolf’s Jaw Overlook Trail – Ash Canyon

• Bear Coat Spot: Just before the gold mine trail, a hidden alcove behind a rock holds the game’s only guaranteed pre-made bear coat.
• Guaranteed Stim: Continue past this area, turn left at a fork while facing a cave, and find a stim nestled by a tree. One of the guaranteed Interloper stim spawns.

10. Last Resort Cannery – Bleak Inlet

• Left of Pier: Go left at the main cannery pier to find double doors leading into a hidden storage area with food and lockers.
• Crate Sardines: Most green crates around the cannery contain tins of sardines when broken down.
• Cracker Bin: Inside the nearby trailer, check the bin in the left-hand corner to find a guaranteed salty cracker pack.
