Wobbly Life is no stranger to secrets, but the Dancing Crab Hat might just be the wildest one yet. To unlock it, you’ll need to find and press six hidden buttons scattered across the map. These aren’t just out in the open either—they’re sneakily tucked away in hard-to-reach places, requiring aerial access, sharp eyes, and a bit of patience.

Here’s a complete breakdown of each button location and how to trigger the surprise that follows.

Preparation: Get a Helicopter or Propeller Hat

Due to the tricky locations of many of the buttons, you’ll want to travel in style—preferably in a helicopter or wearing a propeller hat. Some buttons are on rooftops or even underwater, so be ready for anything.

Button 1: Behind the Apartments

Head behind the tall apartment buildings in the city. Tucked away near the back, you’ll find the first button on a wall. Press it to activate the hunt.

Button 2: Under the Bridge

Head to the bridge near the city center and drop below it. Smack your head into the wall if you must—but find the second button near the base, press it, and move on.

Button 3: Underwater at the Docks

This one’s tricky. Fly to the docks, jump near the third pole out, and dive into the water. Just beneath the surface, you’ll spot the button. Press it quickly before drowning. Don’t worry if you pass out—you still get credit.

Button 4: Jungle Building

Fly over to the jungle island and find the old, non-temple building. Crash land (in true Jurassic Park fashion), and behind some crates, you’ll find the fourth button.

Button 5: On a Tree in the Forest

Near the cannon and catapult in the forest lies a button mounted to the back of a tree. Use your propeller hat to float down safely and scan the trees carefully. It’s incredibly well-hidden.

Button 6: Subway Tunnel

Back in the city, head into the subway tunnels. Avoid getting hit by trains and look for a side tunnel with the final button tucked in the far end. Once pressed, the screen shakes—you’ve triggered something big.

The Reveal: A New Island Appears

After pressing all six buttons, something rumbles in the distance. Head to the jungle coast, and you’ll spot a brand-new island that just rose from the sea. Land your vehicle there, and you’ll see a sign pointing out to sea—and a massive dancing crab bopping to music.

On the sign is another button. Press it and boom: You’ve unlocked the Dancing Crab Hat!

Crab Hat Features & Customization

  • The hat places a tiny dancing crab on your head that grooves to a catchy tune.
  • It mimics the big crab’s dance seen on the island.
  • You can visit the paint shop and recolor the crab—turn him blue, pink, or whatever you like.

The big crab remains visible from Grandma’s house and across the map, dancing until you exit the game. He doesn’t attack, but he did hilariously “yeet” the player when approached.

Final Thoughts

This secret is not only one of the most involved in Wobbly Life, but also one of the most entertaining. From crashing planes in the jungle to sneaky underwater dives, this button quest is a celebration of everything quirky the game has to offer.

If you’re a completionist or just love rare cosmetics, this is a must-do quest. And let’s be honest—who doesn’t want a crab dancing on their head?

Stay sweet—and keep crabbing on!
